    Our acid casein is a high quality milk protein product that produced by acid precipitation of the casein from yak and Cow milk. It is available in two main types: edible and technical. Edible acid casein is widely used in both medicine and food, both for nutritional value and as a binder. Technical acid casein is used in an enormous range of products, including paints, cosmetics, papermaking and many types of adhesives.
