Fructo-Oligosaccharide (FOS or Oligofructose) is a soluble fiber found in a variety of common plants,fruits,and vegetables.It is commonly used as an “artificial” sweetener since FOS is sweet to the taste.
      Our Inulin Syrup also called Fructo-Oligosaccharide (FOS),it is a natural food ingredient that is derived from Jerusalem Artichoke,it consists of Oligo-fructose and the natural glucose,fructose and sucrose.Now,it is available in liquid form only,and approved by BCS(Germany)for organicproduct,andby OU for kosher.
